Reading Counts is a computer-based program that tests the students on reading comprehension. Students are encouraged to select and read books within their lexile level. The student can then take the Reading Counts test on the computer. Although not every book is available on Reading Counts, there are hundreds of books available with varying levels.
Students who attain the required number of Reading Counts points for their grade level are invited to participate in the Reading Counts party.
